The work included new tenant fit-out improvements, upgrades to existing secure office areas, conference rooms, and collaboration spaces. Construction was carefully phased to maintain uninterrupted operations throughout the occupied facility. The project included major repositioning and modernization efforts across both buildings, including renovated lobbies and common corridors, upgraded finishes, renovated restrooms and elevators, and structural repairs to the existing 400-space below-grade parking garage. The work also included approximately 200,000 SF of mixed tenant fit-out space, including secure GSA and Department of Defense tenant areas. Northline team members served as the owner's construction management staff.

Work included demolition of existing streets and alleys; installation of new water, sewer, gas, electric, and telecom infrastructure; and construction of upgraded public realm improvements such as widened sidewalks, ADA-accessible crosswalks, street lighting, signage, bike racks, tree pits, and landscaped public spaces. Northline team members served as full-time construction management staff on behalf of EDENS and JBG Smith.

Part of the ongoing redevelopment of the marine terminal facilities at Tradepoint Atlantic in Sparrows Point, Maryland. The work included demolition of a portion of the existing berth, installation of approximately 1,000 LF of steel sheet piling retaining wall, and construction of a new berth bulkhead to support terminal operations and future marine cargo activity. Tradepoint Atlantic is one of the largest intermodal logistics hubs in the country. Northline team members served in a senior construction management role on behalf of the owner.

A $30 million corridor revitalization initiative funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The project reconstructed Pennsylvania Avenue SE from 27th Street to Southern Avenue, converting an existing five-lane roadway with a reversible center lane into a safer four-lane boulevard. Improvements included landscaped medians, turn lanes, upgraded sidewalks, ADA crossings, bicycle facilities, a 10-foot multi-use trail, lighting, signage, and streetscape enhancements, along with upgraded utilities, rain gardens, water quality stormwater systems, and tree plantings. Construction was completed in four phases. MLG team members served in project management roles during both design and construction on behalf of DDOT.
